I have a question about the tracking on my order?
To track your order, refer to the confirmation email sent to you. You will first receive an order confirmation. Once the order ships, you will receive a second email that contains tracking information.
Please note that once the order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over USPS or UPS. Follow up questions should be directed to their respective websites.

How do I use a coupon code?
The Coupon Code is entered on the last page of the order process near the top.
If you have copied it from our home page, simply paste it into the coupon code box.
What is the largest continuous cut I can order?
Our Shiplap Steals selections are sold in one, two , or three yard pieces, or you can buy the entire bolt.
The rest of our fabric collections are sold by the yard and can be cut in any full yard lengths up to the available quantity.
If you need 4 yards of a Shiplap Steals fabric, simply select two of the two yard cuts or any combination that works best for your project.
Do you offer custom cuts?

If you do not find what you are looking for, please try a different spelling or a less specific search request.
For example, if you are looking for children's flannels, try searching juvenile or just the word flannel for the most robust return on your search.
